By purchasing any Digital Product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that these are non-tangible, digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable.

​Immediate Access and Waiver of Cooling-Off Period:

a) Upon purchase, customers gain immediate access to their Digital Product(s), which constitutes delivery of the product.

b) By completing the purchase, the customer explicitly waives any applicable cooling-off period under their local consumer rights.

c) It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand their consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off periods, in their country of residence before making a purchase.

In the event of technical difficulties preventing access to the purchased Digital Product, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, Peaceful Parent (Adzup Limited) may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product or grant store credit.
